Roaster 20 was designed to be inserted into an automatic processor program in continuous cycle, with a tank capacity of 20-25 kg and the possibility of roasting 50 Kg / hr of coffee or dried fruits. The machine uses an original and exclusive system patented cyclone Vertiflow® air, with a temperature sensor in the heart of the product, particularly versatile for roasting coffee, hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios, coffee, and other products. The machine has a number of programs that control the heating temperature, the roasting time, cooling, emptying and the final expulsion of the product in automatic.
