A machine designed for crushing roasted dried fruit (hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios …) into granules.
The product is placed into the loading hopper and it passes through lower rollers of varying dimensions with increasing crushing ability.

Once reduced to granules, the product is collected in a specific container and sifted through a mesh located at the output of the rollers in order to separate the flour from the wanted product.
The machine can regulate the size of the granulation to the desired dimensions via a graduated millimetric scale.
